Cathedral ceilings with compressed and missing insulation above
Kneewall or vertical wall with attic space on one side and living space on the other insulated with fiberglass batting. No air barrier such as sheetrock, plastic, or foam was present in the attic.
Missing 2X4 top plate at the top of the exterior wall above.
Cold crawlspace unsealed to outside. Have a radon and moisture tests performed if necessary prior to sealing crawlspace. See photo above.
