Xcel Rebate gas or electric only customers may participate. If a pre-insulation level of R-19 or less is present: Homeowner must bring level to R-38. If a pre-insulation level of R-20 or higher is present; Homeowner must add R-25 to existing insulation levels to qualify for attic rebates.
 
Walls, attics and Air Sealing, Weatherstripping only may qualify for the home.

  1. The form or invoice Pre - R-Value is left blank or
  2. The application is not accompanied by an invoice.
Public Service Utility Rebate Available
Xcel Energy is offering a similar rebate for natural gas or all electric heating customers. Customers with R-19 or less must improve insulation to R-40 or higher. Customers above R-19 can qualify for the program by adding an additional R-25 or more, to their existing insulation. Homeowner' can save 20% up to $300.00!!* Click here for more information.
