We Drill 1 small hole near the top of empty wood wall cavities or drill a 2 1/2� hole in the mid to lower section of the wall for previously insulated wall cavities with a Fiberglass Batt. Blown in walls from outside.

Some horizontal sidings may be removed prior to drilling for a slightly higher charge. Call for prices. 

Tip: �If residing your house, insulate prior to installation of your siding to save you money and reduce the need for the homeowner to finish the hole.

Peeling paint or buckling siding may be an indication that your house is losing a large amount of heat / moisture in the winter.

A major source of air leakage, Cantilevers should be Pressure Packed tight so no settling effects occur and air penetrate them.� Insulate to help stop airflow and increase comfort.� This service can be performed for an additional fee.

 

Customer Preparation for Walls:

[         Take off pictures and breakables from exterior walls.

[         Inform crews of any open interior wall holes including utility rooms and behind cabinets.

[         Provide access to breaker box.

[         Provide 3 electrical boxes on separate circuits.

[         Possibly provide access to driveway.

[         Have trees, junipers and rosebushes trimmed away from house to give crews room to insulate if possible.

[         Notify crews if any interior walls are made of paneling.

 

[       If House is built prior to 1978 have furnature moved back 6.5 feet to allow for possible lead based paint activities.

 

Customer Preparation for Cantilevers:

[         Provide access to breaker box.

[         Provide 3 electrical boxes on separate circuits

[         Provide access to driveway if possible.

[         Have trees, junipers and rosebushes trimmed away from house to give crews room to insulate if possible.
